Our workshops are designed to be engaging and inclusive. We typically start with a warm-up and introduction, followed by group-based activities and games that foster teamwork, physical fitness, and confidence-building. Each session ends with a cool-down and reflection to reinforce learning objectives.

- The Half-Day Workshop costs £250, and the Full-Day Workshop costs £450. We offer a 10% discount when booking three or more workshops in a school year.

Absolutely! We work closely with schools to understand their specific needs and goals. Whether it’s focusing on a particular skill set, integrating team-building activities, or addressing specific curriculum requirements, we tailor our workshops to provide maximum value.
Schools need to provide a suitable indoor or outdoor space for the activities. We bring all necessary equipment and materials. Teachers and staff should be present to help manage students and participate where needed.
Currently, our workshops are focused on schools in the North East of England. However, if you are outside this area and are interested in our programs, please get in touch, and we can discuss potential options.
We understand that sometimes schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.
